Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Future LLC, doing business as Atam USA (“Atam USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations, subject to availability and carrier limitations.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Processing time does not include shipping or transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For made-to-order, pre-order, or limited-run products, processing times may be longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders may ship via small parcel carriers or freight carriers depending on size, weight, and destination.
Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Signature confirmation may be required for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on eligible orders. Eligibility is determined at checkout and may exclude oversized, freight, or special-handling items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, acts of God, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Atam USA is not responsible for carrier delays.
RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed off to the carrier.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@atamusa.com and include:

Clear photo evidence of the damage

Photos of the packaging, including the box and shipping labels
Failure to report damage within this timeframe or provide photo documentation may result in the claim being denied.
Do not discard packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees. These amounts may be deducted from any refund issued.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Atam USA is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or fees imposed by the destination country.
International orders may not be eligible for free shipping or free returns.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized or freight items.
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to carrier, regulatory, or logistical constraints.
