RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@atamusa.com. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns, as determined during the return authorization process.

Returns that are not eligible for free shipping may require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

If a prepaid return label is issued, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.

Damages & Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@atamusa.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging, including the box and any labels

Failure to report damage within this timeframe or provide photo documentation may result in the claim being denied.

Do not discard packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item, subject to approval, and place a new order separately.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • The 15% restocking fee

These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Restocking fees and shipping cost responsibilities may still apply where legally permitted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping deductions. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
